Satoshi Kamiya - Kirin

Postby Jonathan » October 27th, 2008, 2:40 pm

My favourite Satoshi model excluding the ancient dragon has to be the kirin. So far, i havent had any trouble until i reach steps 54 and 55 and any help on these steps would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmm, those steps look like a big crimp, except you need to unwrap the middle flaps, one side at a time (hence step 56). Also, if you look at step 58 though, it shows how it's supposed to look when you finish those steps. Hope that helps! (in case it doesn't, feel free to post a picture of what you have so far.)

Thanks for the reply, although I don't know how to unwrap the middle flaps, im sure i'll look like an idiot when i find out as it would be easy. Iv'e taken a few photos but need to wait for my brother to upload them.

Nevermind, I figured out an alternative solution. I now have a very rough test piece of the kirin.
