I was wondering if there were any diagrams for this. I'm trying to find some so I can make it for a Christmas present. I've seen a few pictures of completed diagrams but I can't seem to find any diagrams.

@dustink101, that's papercraft, not origami.

You can find an origami WoW model (the Lich King) here: viewtopic.php?p=65716 (scroll down a bit)
You could try contacting the author for a CP.

The first one also looks like papercraft. I have some models at work so I think it's glued from multiple pieces.
