hmm... i cant read anything thats not english, but you can try to copy the web adress into google and search for it, if you google browser is like mine, it will show an option to translate the page. the translation is literal and difficult to understand, but it sorta helps

Yes, Google Translation will probably be your best bet:
http://translate.google.com

Copy and paste the address into the right field and choose translation from Japanese to English (or whatever language you want).
