You could fold one using the multi-layer technique described on Nicolas Terry´s site:

I am very lazy, so I never fold for instance by wet folding, cos I need something else for making the model, and also scisors I used only in that cases when it finish the model in extremaly good way. But I use it, as I said before: I am not a purist.

Long long ago, OUSA (when they were still called FOCA) had a t-shirt with that sign. It's pretty rare, but a few of the oldtimers still wear it during conventions.

There was an american chap at the BOS meetings in Stockport wearing a badge with that design about fifteen years ago
