1. Of course, Origami doesn't include glue or cuttings, does it? That would make it kirigami.
2. You'll never know without a review of it or someone that has the book. (Not me.)
3. ^ Same here.

It still has to be released, so it is indeed a bit hard to judge.

In reply to your first question:
To quote from the site:
"One of the most popular crafts, origami is the traditional Japanese art of folding paper to create shapes, animals, and objects without the use of scissors or glue. In Zoogami, world-renowned origami artist Mark Bolitho takes this tradition one step further, featuring all new patterns that teach readers how to fold their favorite zoo animals using specially designed paper that shows off their unique coats, scales, or feathers. "

I would expect that it is without cutting and without the use of glue, judging from this piece of text. (Though I can understand the problem. Some people still call things origami while it is not, and older models sometimes had cuts in them as well. But that was the way to get more flaps in the old days, nowadays we have some other approaches :) )

And to the other two questions:
Like sr123ification said, you'll never know without a review of it or someone that has the book.
I would like to add to this that it is still about 100 days before it will get released. Would't be surprised if there are some minor changes in those next 100 days. When it is released there will probably more info on the amazon site because then everything is fixed. (else hope that someone else owns it by then)

Also an extra thing I noticed: The picture states that the paper for the models will be in the book. It says something like: "Wildlife patterned paper included".

You can't just go off of the fact that it says Origami. Many books (mostly simpler ones) have origami in their title or say something about it being origami, yet they use cuts/glue.

Mark is both clever and prolific. I am certain that the designs in his latest are both clever and at least some will satisfy the complex folder. I traded several of Mark's BOS pamphlets for a couple of my books and got the better part of the bargain by far.
