The Origami Forum

For a course, I am conducting a survey about the terms used by makers of origami to refer to themselves. The survey only takes a few minutes to complete and your answers will remain anonymous. Once the results are finished, I will release a brief report on the findings. What sparked me to ask this question were some fairly serious philosophical discussions about what to call makers of origami and what subtle connotations each term carried.
