Origami Dollar Flip-Flops (shoes)

I have the diagram, but some of it is missing. Basically, I googled it and got the site (saysay.net) its a jap site and the diagram is missing the part 9 - 13, it is not that difficult. Just trying to see how to do the top sandal right and if its done properly.
