a crease pattern section where for what?
If you mean in the forum I would say that the section "Diagrams" is very suitable for that since CPs are diagrams in some way...
So long and keep folding ^_^

I would just rename "Diagrams" to be "Diagrams and Crease Patterns".

I think, in general, new people would just be confused and the people that have been here for a while know what is going on.

Ditto.

There's a lot of overlap between the two anyway, so I don't quite see a need for another category.

The organisation of the sections can definitively be enhanced, I will post later about that. ( But create a CP section is not the best solution )

I don't see the need for it. Questions regarding CP's that have been asked, have received an answer when possible.

Maybe it should be useful to have section of CPs. For example my discussion about wild boar is very nice candidate to this section. Or Arthur's hints about Hoyo's CP -- it is different of disccusion about diagrams. I think it is well founded.

What happens when the two topics overlap?

If I want to ask or diagrams and crease patterns for models of a specific subject, would I need to post two different messages in different forums?

What about discussing models which have both CPs and diagrams? (Or progressive CPs)

etc.

pcps would go in cps and diagrams and cp models would go in whatever one you wanted it to
