Hi,
Noob question, is there any way to prevent the a model from unfolding? All my models look good for a few days and then slowly lose their shape.

thanks!

A lot depends on what type of paper you're using as well as the humidity of the environment. Most (if not all) standard origami papers tend to unfold slowly over time, especially when exposed to humidity. My first suggestion would be to change up your paper choice in favor of something that holds methylcellulose, or MC (about which there is a rather large thread in the Paper subforum). While not everyone may consider it purist, MC acts as a binding agent to help models hold their shape. Learning how to use it properly takes some practice, but it's worth the time in my opinion.
As for paper that takes MC, the cheapest option would be double tissue. (There's a topic with some useful links here.)
