it is a phoenix, but it does not follow the =2 rule, if you know what I mean.

To upload your photo, you'll have to make a flickr account and upload it there. You can then click on the share arrow, bbc code, and copy paste that into your post.

I'm also not sure what you mean by the "=2 rule" if you could elaborate a bit on that.

I think he means the Maekawa Theorem.

I guess so, but without the CP, there's not much anyone can do.
