Cuting paper

Hey, i'd bought some paper not cut, and every time i try to cut it in big squares with a ruler and a probe it don't stay perfec, and it usualy perturbs me. Becouse of this i'm folding the paper to cut it.

So how can i make it well?
It's normal or i have problems...

Any problens with the writin, tou know, i'm brazilian...
