Kawasaki Rose from dollar bill

I've searched everywhere but I can't find anything. The thing looks so cool though, I really want to learn how to make it.

Sorry to destroy your illusions, but IÂ´m sure the rose and the base are each made from a seperate dollar with the edges folded in to make it square first.
ItÂ´s a usual Kawasaki rose and the instructions for the base can be found somewhere too. I know I have folded it somewhen but donÂ´t remember where the instructions are located...
