Thats only 2x profit, minus however many he didn't sell... He might end up with a whole bunch of halves, and not be able to sell them. Neat idea, though I won't be trying it, because I don't really like bill folding...

well ive decided that im going to be doing bill folding down the sea front where i live (wont be trying out the hustle though

Nice one.
In the UK, bill folding is expensive. We have no 'dollar bill' equivalent, the lowest denomination bill being £5 (roughly $9.60). The shape is different, too, being roughly 2:1 in ration, rather than 7:3 for US banknotes.
So, cutting £10 notes into half gives rough squares, for traditional model folding.

Same with over here in Canada, we have shorter bills and the lowest priced bill is 5 dollars
