The Arbiter from Halo would be cool, with an energy sword (maybe as a separate piece).
Or Dr. McNinja. Possibly riding on Yoshi.
That's one of the first things I'll design the minute I can somehow fold a ninja. with a stethoscope.

I think that drummer leaves something to be desiered. Less drums/symbols might be more in that case.
Lady Gaga outfits would pose an interesting challenge for some people. Examples: Jingle Ball, Bubble Dress, and the Galaxy one (purple dress, yellow hair).
Some of Solomons Demons would be interesting (such as Buer).
Raptor Jesus would be easy enough. Make human model. Plop on raptor head. Hands to claws. Boom... in fact I think I'll get started on that now.
Also, Eridan. Nothing could top Eridan if he were made into origami.

Those don't look like drums to me, they look like toadstools, with some sort of midget climbing about in them.
When I say that I mean I would want a model with the attributes of "attack of the Kraken" (every detail is perfect), that is good quality and realistic.
