Hi origami people,
I have started folding a few things lately and it struck me what pleasure simple folders can give, let alone the final product.
From David Brill's masu, I would say the first pop-up of a 90 degree corner is shear bliss.
Then there is that magical twist to get the internal flat bottom.. and the comfortingly simple yet elegant finishing off of the bottom.
Does anyone else have any favorite folds?
Naturally another topic would be folds you hate.. but I will leave that for another day/person.
These are a few of my favorite folds

Same here. I like unwrapping the loose flaps.Jonnycakes wrote:Blackdevil Angler by Robert Lang. It is diagrammed in Origami Sea Life, and it is an incredible model. There are some tough steps, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. I love the base Lang uses for it.

I've fallen down, and I can't get up.
