Whats the name of the CP that you first attempted(regardless whether they were successful or not)?

Kiwi by Román Díaz

It didn't end up successfull, and didn't give it another try yet.
The reason for trying to fold was that was really eager to fold it and it looked so cute but there were no diagrams :-)

Eric Joisel's Dwarf ( succesful ). I somehow managed to fold it in no time, even though I expected to fail miserably.

I also tried that Kiwi by Roman Diaz once, but mine didn't end up successfully either. It looked so simple, but was still rather hard for me.

The first I remember just now was Brian Chan's Dobsonfly, but it could easily be that I folded something else from Crease Pattern earlier without remembering now.

The first crease pattern I've ever completed was Jeremy Shafer's Monolithic Rubblestone Boulder. In fact I did it when I was two! Not bad eh?

On a more serious note, I think some of Noburu Miyajima's models. Although this was completely pointless since I (and half the folding population) had no idea how to finish his crease patterns. I did finish his Asian Dragon though, since the shaping was fairly straightforward.

My first was Satoshi Kamiya's Jackalope. This was followed by his Wizard and Phoenix 3.0. Long, long ago.

angrydemon, did you print the CP and fold it or did you go through the rigorous process of getting actually figuring out how to get the cp?

Obviously I printed it out. I was only a beginner then, and I am also extremely lazy. Lying around doing nothing does have it's benefits.

the first CP I have made is Phoenix 3.5.
I did it actually using the CP, fold the crease lines and then somehow follow the full diagram partially.

Sipho mabona octopus. I think the next model i tried was kamiya phoenix 3.0, but it was really hard for me in those times.... i hope today i can fold it :?

First crease pattern was Joisel's dwarf. Surprisingly I made him although he lacked the artistic shaping that Joisel's had but he was identifiable :) . The second one I did was Lang's rose which I still cannot twist and shape correctly but I can collapse it very easily.

My first (half)succesful cp was Guspath Go's hornet, though I didn't do the abdomen as it was written/drawn, but i was content, that i could at least collapse it. Before that, I gave the Kiwi by Roman Díaz a try, but i couldn't find the reference lines :D
Then i tried Eric Joisel's dwarf, and i found myself very excited, and i made at least 15 of it :D :D
This was 2-3 years ago now..
