sushi!!!!!
my all time favorite snack to make and eat
my family is mostly japanese so we always have stuff for making sushi laying around. i usually start by mixing some cold moist rice with the sushi seasoning that makes the rice sweet and sticky, then i lay it on some seaweed (some advice, try not to overfill) and then i sprinkle some orange fish eggs on it and then roll it up and eat
i never really cut it up after i roll it though, i just find it a waste of time

i love making and eating sushi. yum!
when i'm really into it for awhile, i try and keep veggies handy that are chopped to the right size so i don't have to fuss with it too much when the urge strikes.

Here in Austria you get fish eggs in every supermarket. They are cooled like smoked salmon and most often in the same place to be found. Take a look around on the refrigerators of your nearest supermarket, might be easier than finding a Japanese food store.

We usually make sushi for New Years. About the only time I can get good sushi out here in the provinces.

Sushi is great! I'm Korean, so I eat kimbap all the time! It's rice with stuff like vegetables, wasabi, crab meat, sushi, and much more! It varies with each kind. Mmm mmm delicious
