recently I recieved my sheets of Sekishu paper and my MC, so i treated them, and I am finishing up the cicada nymph by Satoshi Kamiya...
its turning out really nice actually. i'll post a picture later today.

~40 cm sheet of mc treated sekishu paper

i know I didn't do such an amazing job, but i still think I did pretty good. i definitely think I went a little heavy with the MC shaping :)
made from handmade sekishu paper + mc.
Time spent: about 8 hours

One uncut square of tissue foil. Designed for Valentine's Day, obviously.
It took a lot of planning, testing, proportioning and refining, but it all worked out in the end!
The crease pattern is variable based on your starting grid and allows for more chocolate pieces depending on your paper size and stamina.

You're welcome! I would love to see your attempt whenever you get the time. The CP translates into a base very close to the end result.
