it sure looks like one sheet of paper, but it may be like the one by the vietnamese guy, where is used different sheets for feet/arms
i don't think so though, this one looks like it has the similar structure of ryujin 3,5

Very sorry, this is not a piece of paper. The body is a rectangle of paper, head and limbs with a square of paper.

still very good though! (better than i could do with 20 sheets of paper)
on next version, you should try to use grafts and combine the cp's of the 5 sheets.
