Really liked David's box Brimstone. I would have probably named it Star box or something like that.

I specially liked how the picture came out! Congratulations
.
Impressive as usual Merlyngami
.
Ganesha Box created by Michael Shannon.
Folded from a 15 x 15 cm (5 15/16 x 5 15/16 in) polychromatic paper. Ganesha is a Hindu deity. Love the fact he doesn't always have the same color. You can't go wrong choosing the color for the model

Modular Origami Box and
Pinwheel Flower Lid both created by Chrissy from Paper Kawaii.
I folded each from four 9 x 9 cm (3 9/16 3 9/16 in) duocolor paper sheets. Really like the color changes accomplished with this kind of modular models

I'm finding it a bit weird that no one, aside from me, has been posting here for a while
.
Boxed Fortune Teller created by me.
Folded from a sheet I prepared from painted 75 g/m² 15 x 15 cm (5 15/16 x 5 15/16 in) brown kraft paper plus fiber tissue paper.
Hydrangea Box created by Shuzo Fujimoto.
I folded the box and the lid each from a 75 g/m² 20 x 20 cm (7 7/8 x 7 7/8 in) square of common color paper. I gotta say, it wasn't the best paper for Fujimoto's fractal
.
Cat lid created by Anna Kastlunger and
Tall Rectangular Box created by me.
I folded the box and the lid each from a 18.7 cm x 18.7 cm (7 3/8 x 7 3/8 in) sheet. The one for the lid was a 42 g/m² shadow-fold paper and the one for box was a 90 g/m² duo-color paper. The seller calls it "papel afiche". The other side is white.
Loved the fact that, after a simple alteration, my box needs to be folded from a sheet of the same dimensions as the one for
Cat Lid for them to fit together. And what's even better is that you don't have to use the lid as reference on top of the sheet for the box. You just have to first locate on the top and bottom edges of the sheet 5/32, 14/32, 19/32, and 28/32
!

Love the paper you used for Diaz's
Unicorn . Also, what a sleek looking lion!
I folded
Marcela Brina's Butterfly Tato as a way to
invite all of you to participate in this month's design challenge. There's just about a week left!
Hope you like it! I folded it from a local type of paper called "papel edad media", it doesn't seem to be known internationally. Love it's texture; it does look like a medieval paper. I added its darker tone by exposing just one side to sunlight for various days.
The initial sheet was 18.8 x 18.8 cm (7 3/8 x 7 3/8 in) and 65 g/m².
Remember, create an original tato and post it here before the month is over: viewtopic.php?f=16&t=14964
As a bonus, I'm also sharing a new fold of tatortillas. This time I filled them with mushroom slices and mozzarella cheese, and then I added some black pepper
.
