This is a challenge between Ben Lewis and I. We agreed to both fold Satoshi Kamiya's raccoon dog, and have you all vote to see which one you think is better. If you think that the one on the left is folded better, then leave a comment saying "left". If you think the one on the right is folded better, leave a comment saying "right". I will not say who folded which model until voting is over. The reason I am doing this is because I don't want anyone to judge the model based off their friendship with the folder, instead of the quality of the model =) Voting will last 2 weeks, and then I will count up the votes and see which one is

Re: Raccoon Dog Challenge
I think both of them are rather mediocre folds. Paper choice is either bad or neither artist can fold that neatly. The face on the right is better but it is over-shaped. The left just has bad photography which makes others unconsciously think it's worse than the right.
Maybe I'm just pessimistic.

Re: Raccoon Dog Challenge
I think both are well folded imho
I do agree the shaping on the right is better though.

I also think that the left's picture was taken badly, which will affect the results.

Ah, you're probably right.
