Topics and rules:

Something that would look good with a light shone from inside it:
unlimited sheets, small scale, any shape of paper without reflex angles.
You can mark the paper.
No cuts no glue no wetfolding.

Viking Mythology:
Medium to large scale (any paper bigger than the biggest square you can cut from an a4 sheet).
Maximum 30 sheets
any shape of paper without reflex angles
no marks no cuts no glue
you are allowed wetfolding

Slightly obscure dragons:
Medium to large scale (minimum paper size 15*15 cm square.)
any dragon that isn't a:
traditional European dragon;
a wyvern
an oriental dragon
any paper shape that doesn't have reflex angles
Marks that aren't visible in the final appearence allowed.
No cuts.
No glue.
You are allowed wetfolding.
1 sheet.

Anything I've missed?
Each topic has its own rules. For example, if you chose the dragons one, you would follow that set of rules. (e.g. You wouldn't be allowed more than one sheet). Not sure if you're meant to do that, if I'm not, I'll change it.
Anyway, take your pick. I'll set the deadline to midnight one month after you post your answer.

EDIT:
Chosen Topic: Slightly obscure Dragons.
Deadline: June 5th (midnight)
Rules:
Medium to large scale (minimum paper size 15*15 cm square.)
any dragon that isn't a:
traditional European dragon;
a wyvern
an oriental dragon
any paper shape that doesn't have reflex angles
Marks that aren't visible in the final appearence allowed.
No cuts.
No glue.
You are allowed wetfolding.
Good luck :)
1 sheet.

Frost dragon, marsupial dragon, moth dragon, pseudo dragons such as the Komodo dragon and the cockatrice, or you could just think of an adjective and put it in front of the word dragon e.g. 'fluffy'+ 'dragon' = the origami fluffy dragon.

To bad this duel has been canceled, since this was the first time for me reading about moth dragons and marsupial dragons.
Btw, what is a 'reflex angle'?

Harp, I am willing to continue this challenge in place of Kyle. Only if you agree though. I found your topics really cool!

I'm pretty sure a reflex angle is when the interior angle is greater than 180 degrees.

Every angle has a reflex angle, so he should have just said no angles greater than 180 degrees.

But "reflex angles" is much simpler to type than "angles greater than 180 degrees"

I think it means shapes where none of the interior angles are reflex, to stop you from just starting off with a piece of paper cut out into the shape of a viking

That's what I was trying to say... But I think I worded it quite badly ;)
