Password security

Hello,
unfortunately one of our Junior Member Accounts got hacked and each of his posts infiltrated with spam. I just sat there for an hour removing the spam parts from his 75 posts. No fun job, I can tell you.
Please use secure passwords. Words like "cat", "Origami", "Crane", "password" or your username are easily hacked.
Your password should at least be 8 characters long, include lower case and upper case letters as well as numbers!
Make sure it is not easy to find out.
