Just wondering how big does my paper have to be to make an average size ryujin. Thanks!

depends on the paper, but i've read 2x2 meters is a good range

It's very much like asking what kind of sailboat do I need to circumnavigate the globe.
If you have already acquired the experience & expertise to undertake such a task, then you
would already know the basic details.
As you undoubtedly know, far more challenging issues may be anticipated .
