I have seen this paper a lot in origami books I always thought it was tissue foil but its not some how I don't know what is the difference and where can I buy it.

I believe it's tissue paper + aluminum foil tissue paper once again; that would mean it has an extra layer of tissue paper. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.
