I Tried folding this model, which I found on his Flickr, but am having some trouble with the lines leading to the center of the head. How do you collapse this portion? my first attempt on this model:

did it right now after you asked...
shaping is bad, but ok i think for a quick fold out of copy paper...

to come back to your question: which part dont you know how to collapse?
this picture should show pretty much everything, you could need...

the long flaps right and left will become the ears, the one above the chin...
