Jason Ku, bicycle, need help

Hi,
can anyone help me with the diagram in TC19? I am blocked in step 103~105.
Here is the diagram

Looks like an Elias stretch. Just follow the M/V lines in the diagram and collapse it.

Yes, it is an elias stretch. Just use existing creases to make a box-pleated fold.
