CP for Rose Tessellation

I have been fascinated for years by the photos of Kawasaki field of roses, like the one on front cover on Michael LaFosse's Origamidō. However as much as I have tried to trawl the net, I have failed to find the instructions or CP.

I would much appreciate if you could point me to a right direction or CP.
