Jun Maekawa - Chick

Post by chris4565 »

Hi,

I'm trying to fold the chick from Jun Maekawa (diagrams are in his book Genuine Origami). However I'm stuck at step 43 ("Open slightly and lock-fold using the crease made in step 35"). I don't know what to do. Could somebody help me?

Thanks for your answers in advance

There is a flap under the coloured layer that you fold to the inner edge (angle bisect) and it just keeps the paper from slipping.
