Help With Meenakshi's Sonobe

This is my first post and I'm at my wits end on how to fold this so I thought someone else could help me. I bought Meenakshi's Mukerji's book, "Ornamental Origami" and I really want to try some of the Embellished Sonobe but there's this one step that I can't do no matter how hard I try. http://s377.photobucket.com/albums/oo21 ... sonobe.png

I can't get from step 9 to 10. I try creasing all of them then pushing them flat, but it doesn't work. I have absolutely no idea how to do it. Can someone help?

It doesn't seem too difficult, so I would first check that you've done the first steps exactly right first, and then make sure you're creasing everything the right way at step 9. If all else fails, just put it down for a while and come back later, it sometimes helps.
