Dragon help

I would like to fold this dragon but I really don´t want to unfold it.

I received this little dragon as a gift long ago and I would like to know the models name, diagram, crease pattern or any information I can get.
I searched but did not find anything so I thought you guys could know something...

Looks a lot like Hugo Pereira's Dragon.
