Hello I'm stuck on step 18 to 19 of Kade Chans Alien any Help will be very much Appreciated.

It's a slightly more complicated squash fold. I know what to do. I just find it hard to explain... You have to fold the side layer over at the same time you open up the bottom section and squash it flat. I hope that kinda makes sense.
