I need help on step 23, i think. It says to crease firmly, and the next step shows a bunch of square folds that weren't there before. I don't know how to get those, since there's no mention of folding in step 23. Help!

look closer. they have a couple mountain folds that you do through all layers. that makes the squares you see in step 24.
