Help folding Ichiro Kinoshita Fireplace

Hope I'm doing this right. I have folded all the brickwork. I for some unknown reason, CANNOT figure out how to finish the shape. 
I am unsure of how to post a picture of what I have. This is my first attempt and I've spent hours trying to figure it out. Any help to finish would be more than appreciated. My first attempt at the brickwork is not the neatest due to it being a first try but, I'd like to post a pic of it. Thank you in advance.
