Fumiaki Kawahta Neptune giant beetle help please

hi all im trying to fold Fumiaki Kawahta Neptune giant beetle from origami insects 1 dont know how i missed it but anyways trying it now but im stuck. 
I cant work out how to do step 95?? it looks like i need to pull the bird base looking flap though to the other side then turn over but i cant do it? or am i wrong? I just cant seem to work out how to get it though to the other side?
Can some one help me with this step?
