What exactly do you need help with? The reference point looks like 1/3, but it's hard to help more without more information.

We can't help you unless we know what you are having trouble with on the model. I understand english isn't your first language but could you try to explain what you mean by "I can't fold out it"? Can you not collapse it, do you not know the reference point, or what?
