John Montroll - Rabbit

This is referring to the rabbit in "Bringing Origami to Life". I am finished folding it, except am unable to shape the ears. What needs to be done in order to get the geometric (picture below) ears shown in the final model?

Sorry, I am not familiar with this piece, but I do recognize the folds used. This looks like a Petal Fold (like for a Bird Base), with the sides not coming in completely. Hope that helps...Marc
