### I need help with Due Cigni by David Derudas.

I really, really want to complete this model, but I have no idea as to how to proceed from step 7 to step 8. I know I must collapse the folds somehow, but I don't know how to do so step by step so that it could end up looking like step 8. Is it possible for someone to post a short video or take step by step pictures so that I know how to fold it?

Sorry for being so lacking in my ability to understand this model.

Here is the model: http://pajarita.org/diagramas/files/intern1-1.pdf

Thank you in advance to those who will help me.

Basically all you're doing is making two rabbit-ears from the two corners of the paper. Pinch the creases together. The paper won't lie flat, but you'll have two long, thin corners and two short, wide ones. Simply arrange the corners as you see in the diagram, and the paper should flatten.
An alternate approach would be to mountain-fold the paper in half backward along the horizontal main diagonal. Then simply outside-reverse-fold the side corners according to 7 and open the model to get 8.

This step is a little tricky to explain, so I hope I helped at least a little. Maybe someone else can do a better job.

Thank you! I got to the next step. Is it okay for me to ask you more questions should I have more trouble with this model..? Sorry if this creates an inconvenience.

Yeah, that's what this forum is for.

Hi, I'm stuck progressing from step 12 to 13...specifically, in step 13, that left most white vertical swan neck, isn't the color nor shape I can get from step 12...

Everything else matches up to the diagrams up til this step 13...

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
