Narcissus #1 by Hiromi Hayashi step 5-6

Postby Penny » January 14th, 2017, 5:13 am

Hello! I have just recently purchased the book Origami Flowers: Popular Blossoms and Creative Bouquets in order to try and expand my repertoire of origami flowers, however, for the past few hours I have been stuck in trying to complete many of the flowers, some of which due to lack of paper specified, but more frustratingly by what feels to me to be very vague wording and lack of diagrams/description in going from step to step.

In particular step 5 to step 6 of the Narcissus #1 which says to "Fold Down in half, and bring the three flaps together while folding the section under each flap inward." which to me makes very little sense and leaves me confused as to what bringing the flaps together means. I would very much like to be able to complete this flower but until I can get past that step I am stuck. If anybody could please help in anyway (walking me through, linking to videos, etc.) it would be much appreciated! Hope you all have a lovely day!
