At around 8:21 I'm bewildered by how to get past this fold.
I've tried to attempt it but every time I end up making a knot in the paper preventing me from folding it completely.
If anyone could provide some assistance I'd appreciate it.

Its my first time here on this forum so soz If this isn't formatted properly.

It's a triangular open sink.
There should be a strong crease along the section being sunk.
What you basically want to do is to mountain fold the outside of this "V".
Once you've done that accurately, you make a valley-fold and mountain fold on the inside so you can flatten the model neatly again. Hope this helps!
