I'm struggling with Step 20 for Shuki Kato's Simple Dragon design from his book. All of the resources I can find online refer to his (free?) pdf that was released before the book and is a different folding sequence.

The step is "Pull out the inner layer" and I can't figure it out -- my test fold ended up full of rips, despite having two sides to attempt on. If anyone has done this model, can they take a look at these images and maybe check my previous step to make sure I've collapsed it correctly and/or have any advice on how to get past this step?

Hey, I'll try to get to you with some pictures soon, but it's a tricky step. My advice is to open out the layers somewhat and then pull the corner out, instead of trying to keep it fully folded.
