phoenix 3.0 diagram is written by someone..

it's public like beetle diagram in board.

someone only look cp, he wrote diagram.

First off, don't say "It hasn't copyright".

It's not by Satoshi Kamiya--that does not make it allowed. Diagramming someone else's work is okay, as long as it's just for personal use. Once you start distributing the diagrams, you really need to ask permission from the creator. Distributing such diagrams you are depriving the creator of a few things: the right to not have a piece diagrammed, the right to have it done in their own way, the reaction if/when the creator finally releases his own diagrams.

Your comparison to the "diagrams" made for some of the other CPs on his site, such as the Caucasus Beetle that I made or the Hercules Beetle that Anermak made is faulty. See, we did not diagram the beetles. We showed how to find all the creases in the crease pattern. Even this is kind of sketchy, but not too bad.

Oh, and those Phoenix diagrams are wrong. The reference point they give is just (1/9,1/9)=(.111111,.111111) when they should give ((2√2)-2)/[((2√2)-2)+2+2+1+√2]=> (.114382,.114382). It's close, but if you use a large enough square, there will be considerable error.

If you can find my crease pattern diagram online (which was distributed years ago without my permission), it will give you the correct points.

I fold these folds, but didnt knew it was wrong ref, how I can the right one plus fold method to right one I can see?
