I need held on identifying which flaps are supposed to be

Two easy rules for being able to get help:

1. Name the author of the model
Most models have been done by more than one designer.

2. Say where the CP/Diagram can be found
This can be either a book name or a link to a homepage.
If we don't know what instructions you are using, we can't help you.

It can be found at passion origami or design in origami. The author is Hoang Trung Thanh.

Nope, only the CP.

It is diagrammed in Nicholas Terry's new book, Licence to Fold.

And where do you get the book? on internet?

Hi, I'm folding this model and I can't do step 85~86, i don't know what flap to pull.

I have the same problem as kplank, but I skipped those steps for my first fold. I got to step 124 and had the same problem, I don't know which flaps to pull out.
