Hoang Tien Quyet - Swan

Could someone help me fold this swan?
I am confused on step 5 and step 9

Step 5 are "inside reverse folds" and step 9 is a "double rabbit ear". If you aren't familiar with these terms you should look them up in a beginner tutorial. Most books contain them in the first chapter.
