Tanaka's Cat.. Please help!!!

Hello, I'm working on Masashi Tanaka's "Tanaka's cat" the model that was published in the Tanteidan Magazine issue 95. The cover shows two versions of the model: 1 is the cat completely finished (the most life like cat model I have ever seen) and 2 is the semi finished model, which is as far as the diagram will take you. Has anyone been able to figure out how to finish the legs? Thanks in advance!
