Jason Ku - Butterfly 2.2

Well over the weekend I've been working on collapsing Jason Ku's Butterfly.

I got it collapsed without too much trouble, but I'm having issues with the shaping. Basically, I can't figure out what goes where. I know which flaps are the wings and legs, but other than that I'm a bit lost. I THINK the abdomen comes from the middle of the square section at the bottom of the CP, and the 4 small points in the middle of the paper form the head? Though that would leave the issue of the antennae.

So, does anyone have some pointers?
