Easy Box pleating

Does anyone know a site for easy box pleats,so I can practice?

I can't make anything that has 22.5 degrees.... and nothing more than 32x32.

From what I have seen posted I am led to believe one of the easiest box pleating models is the dobsonfly, but I may be wrong.
