Nice design-it looks very simple but has a nice result.

About the CP-are you using paint to draw it? It is much better to use a vector-based drawing program for CPs. You may have heard of people using it on the forum already, but Inkscape is a nice (free!) vector drawing program. It allows you to make a grid and snap lines to specific points and angles with a high degree of accuracy. I used Paint/GIMP for a while, but Inkscape is a huge improvement in both accuracy and ease of use. I recommend giving it a try if you want to make really nice-looking CPS!

i drew the cp with inkscape.
and then copyed it onto paint.
this was rushed so its not perfect. + im rubbish at drawing and folding cp's
and i use inkscape for all of my diagrams :D
although the diagrams i have done are not for public use except for the kangaroo which can be found in the diagrams and crease patterns section of this forum and my penguin which can be found in ousa 2010 collection(not yet published).
:D
im also nearly finished the diagrams for my oryx.
heres a quick pic.

:O Do you use Inkscape's snap feature (snap nodes to paths, handles, nodes, etc)? I find it much easier, faster, and certainly more accurate to use this rather than drawing a CP freehand.

The snap feature is essential for CPs. Try it out next time you draw one-you won't be disappointed.

I want to encourage you to take the "easy" way out and generate diagrams, for those of us who can't do CPs. ....

Seriously, I believe that the snap function is probably very useful for drawing diagrams, also.
