Origami Pegasus- Stuck in step 28

Hi!
i need help in step 28 in "Works Of Satoshi Kamiya" PDF
i just can't to do this step and my paper is really wrinkled..

It's actually really simple you should have two layers there and you take the line on top and open the flaps so it will look like a square with the diagonals marked so it will be four triangles.
You can try this out in the beginning of a frog base, and if your paper is wrinkled well just start again on something easier because this model will make you cry!
