Miyajima's giraffe

Post by cdovenden »

Can anyone give me a hand with the CP for Miyajima's giraffe? I (think I) can get the tail section, front legs seperately, and I've managed to make a few attempts at the head on a cut down piece (though just by muddling through the folds, not in any particular sequence), but I can't for the life of me work out how to go about making the thing as a whole.

Any help would be much appreciated, its been nagging at me for ages!

The CP is here:

Thanks guys,

Chris

im not much good with with cps, but looks like starting out by solving the front legs would shape the body, but then again i could be wrong that's just my opinion.

Once I figure out the correct references, I'll try to collapse it. If I succeed I'll make a short photo-diagram for you. It looks like a rather straight-forward CP, so I think I know how to collapse it.

Hey, I made a few pictures of the collapsing process. Hope they help you out a bit. Let me know if anything is unclear.

The intersection between the two diagonal creases is all you need to get the rest of the folds in place :)
